Concerts take place either in vibrant Kraków, or in romantic towns and villages in its vicinity. Day 1: Kraków, concert number 1

Arrival to Kraków and check in at the hotel Kraków

The  erstwhile royal capital for half a millennium, Kraków is the most beautiful of Polish cities and is listed by UNESCO as one of the world’s twelve most significant historic sites. No other city in Poland has such a treasury of historic buildings and artefacts. It is the focal point of science and education and has the second oldest university in Central Europe after Prague.

In the afternoon you will meet the tour leader to transfer you to the church, or an alternative venue in Kraków city centre where the concert will take place. Rehearsal followed by the concert in the evening.

Overnight at Kraków hotel.

Day 2: Kraków, Concert number 2

After breakfast visit to the Kraków Old Town for a half day walking tour. Included: Market Square and Cloth Hall, St Mary’s Church and interior, Wawel Hill and Royal Castle, Wawel Cathedral. 

After the tour you will be taken for a concert to a town  located approximately 60 km from Kraków. Rabka Spa town, or any other community center in a small town, where the audience will be much appreciated for a cultural event, is a good venue for an open-air concert. We are experienced in organising concerts in this area.

Rehearsal followed by the concert.

Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 3: Kraków – Wieliczka, concert number 3

Breakfast at the hotel.

In the morning optional tour to Wieliczka Salt Mine. The mine which has been working since the12th century played an important role in an economic development of the city. The mine, which is placed on the UNESCO heritage list, delights with its chambers and chapels decorated with salt sculptures, rich ornamentation carved in the salt rock and many passages. 

Please note that at the beginning of the Salt Mine tour everyone must walk ca 370 steps downstairs. Later on, there is about 2 hours sightseeing of the salt mine. The way out is by lift.

During the tour we will arrange a short a’capella recital at St. Kinga’s Chapel (max 15 minutes)

After lunch on your own the group will visit one of the beautiful wooden churches. The concert will take a place after rehearsal.

The charming landscape of Małopolska Region features scenic wooden churches, slender belfries, beautiful Lemko Orthodox churches, old-Polish-style manor houses, and wooden villas included on the UNESCO list.

Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 4, Kraków – departure

After breakfast your driver will take you to the airport for your flight back home.

End of the tour.
